Refund Policy

If the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, the Flowers will not be left, and where there is clearly no obtainable access the flowers will not be left at the delivery address, a calling card will be left, the Flowers will be returned to Phone a Flowers shop and redelivered when the recipient contacts Phone a Flower. Phone a Flower reserves the right to redeliver the flowers at our convenience that day, if the recipient does not contact Phone a Flower within 24 hours of delivery the order will become void and no refund given to the purchaser or recipient.
